Our logo honors the past
while also looking toward the future

The Missionary Church logo maintains the flame that has long been part of the brand, representing the Holy Spirit’s leadership of our movement. The flame rests on the globe — the same globe introduced by World Partners in their rebrand — depicting the worldwide vision for seeing disciples made to the uttermost parts of the earth. In addition to the updated logo is a new website, presenting a unified look across denomination entities and ministries, modernized print and electronic communications designs, and a greater focus on streamlining communication to pastors, churches, and church members.

We are excited to honor the past while blazing forward into the future of all that God has planned for us, and displaying that in all facets of the Missionary Church brand!

The FLAME

The flame represents the ministry of the Holy Spirit in the world and through the church. It is by the Spirit’s power that we become holy people of God ready to serve him in this world.

The realm of ministry for the Spirit is the earth. The Spirit convicts the world of sin, righteousness, and judgment and brings new birth to those who repent and believe. He sanctifies the church, fills its members with power, and guides in ministry both to the Church and the world.

The Spirit is dynamic, constantly moving around the globe, leading men and women to the Savior. While strategies vary from one culture to another, the Spirit seeks to glorify God and bring growth to the Church.

The Spirit equips the Church by granting gifts to individuals for the building up of the Body of Christ. The Spirit has inspired the Bible and guides in its interpretation and application. The Spirit awakens our vision of righteousness and comforts those who face distress.

The globe

The globe symbolizes the importance of missions for the Missionary Church. The globe represents the people, countries, and nations of the world who need Christ.

The missionary task is summarized in the words of Jesus, who said, “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you; and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the ends of the earth” (Acts 1:8).

It is the goal of the Missionary Church to go unto the ends of the earth to reach the lost with the Gospel. Worldwide evangelism, discipleship, and multiplication of growing churches is our strategy. As holy people in the world, we seek to meet the spiritual, social, moral, and political needs of this globe with the resources Christ gives us.

The globe in this design is incomplete, as the world can never be whole in the spiritual sense until the power of sin is broken and Christ returns to reign over the earth.

The red square

The red square represents our organized, strategic, intentional ministry.

This background supplies cohesiveness across our ministry platforms and saturates all that we do with a unified vision.

If it’s difficult to see the full-color logo over a specific color or image, you can use a one-color logo instead. The flame in the icon is knocked out so the background shows through.

The one-color logos are perfect to send to your printer when you are ordering shirts, pens or other promotional items.

The Missionary Church logo icon is a flexible mark that can act as a call to action or a shorter version of the Missionary Church logo. If you don’t have room to use the logo at minimum size, you could use the icon instead.
